ABOUT ME

My name is Jamie- I am a born and raised Northern MN girl who loves photography of all types! I fell in love with Photography back in high school and I haven't put my camera down since. I love being able to freeze moments in time for my clients.

Think of your portrait session as a way to build a time capsule for you and your loved ones. So often we are consumed with our day to day routines that we miss out on all of the sweet little moments that make this life so wonderful to live. My job is to capture some of those special little moments that you share with your loved ones so that you will have them to look back on for years to come.

My style of photography is a bit more relaxed. I like to get my clients to interact with each other so that I can capture the love and connections that each family shares in their own unique ways. Those little moments that you don't even think about when you are together. The way a child looks at his or her momma when she kisses them or the way dad watches on as his family plays and interacts together. Of course I do sneak in some of those traditional poses here and there but my ultimate goal is to capture the joy & emotion that family shares together.
